Authenticity
We live in a world where we compare our real lives to other people’s highlight reels on social media, compete for the wittiest captions/dopest filters and select membership based off of what society tells us to value, yet research shows us that authenticity is one of the top characteristics that attracts love, true friendship and business. We’re obviously doing this all wrong.
Just think about it! We are programmed to strive for likes and followers while struggling on the journey of true self-discovery. In this keynote program, Teresia will explore the intersection of authenticity, belonging and fitting in and how true happiness with could redefine the value of authenticity in your leadership experience and your life. This program will assist in the chip away process of the superficial society that we are all faced with every day and help those who attend understand the need to ground their life in authentic practices in order to be a more effective chapter officer, leader, student and individual.
